If any issues arise within that period, the board will be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
Can it be used on carpet?
Yes, the Pilates board can be used on carpet. However, depending on the type of carpet, you may notice less smooth gliding over the fold of the board.
For the best results, use it on a low-pile carpet or a firm surface such as tiles, wood, or concrete.
How long does shipping take?
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
After processing, delivery usually takes:
- Australia: 5–10 business days after processing.
- International: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and local postal services.
